Bio

Great Lakes Country from a front porch in Duluth, MN. Bringing foot-stomping hometown country jams and soulfully sentimental ballads, Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners delivers high-energy Americana.

Featuring singer/songwriter and sometimes trumpeter Breanne Marie on lead vocals, the band blends traditional pedal steel and fiddle with guitar lines, driving bass and drums which Americana Highways described as “a brilliant blend of 90s indie and country.” Whether winding through creative sonic landscapes or laying down toe-tapping bluegrass, their heartfelt lyrics and songwriting aim to warm even the coldest nights.

The band was formed in 2013 for Breanne’s debut album. Current members include Breanne Marie, Evan Tepler, Kailyn Pelerin, Johnny “Blaze” Peterson, Matt Groom and Tarek Makky. The band’s 2021 release “Juniper” features nine tracks including fan favorite “Central Hillside ‘91.” The group is headed into the studio with plans for a late 2024 full album release.

Juniper, Released on February 19th, 2021

"Feverishly writing songs and releasing them for two years was fun and chaotic. It resulted in bright sounding faster tunes like Rocking Horse, Paper Dolls and North Moon. When my brother Justin died in 2018, I took a moment to pause. I have a lot of reasons to cry. I have a lot to be grateful for. If this album has a pace, it's a long hike in the Rockies and I'm just a juniper tree surviving the elements. I want people to put on this record and feel grateful for all the things they've made it through. We've come a long way."
